Inexpensive
- The Membership Joining Deposit starts from just $59,000 and $5900 in Annual Dues.
- If a Annual Plan Member leaves the club, they are refunded 80% of their Membership Joining Deposit,100 % in the first year of Membership.
- Similar to golf and country clubs, Members can resign their Membership on a "1 in 1 out" basis.
Personal Service
- Each Destination has its own local personal concierge - on call just for you. Your concierge is available starting from when you book your vacation until you complete your stay, to ensure your Destination is stocked with your preferred food and beverages and any other travel plans that require co-ordination are taken care of.
- Where applicable, you will find at least one luxury motor vehicle, equipped with satellite navigation and available 24 hours a day just for you.
- You will be met upon arrival, at the airport, port or train station and taken to the Destination.
- Your concierge will be available to you from arrival to ensure you get the best from your vacation by providing detailed local knowledge about local attractions and facilities.
- Some Destinations also have a small motor boat provided for water skiing, fishing, island hopping and other water activities.
- $500 of pre-stocked food and beverages of your choice are included (including alcohol) per week with your Club Membership.
- Our absolute focus on attention to detail means you get to relax and have a real vacation.
A world of choice
- Our Destination portfolio is always expanding allowing you to experience more of the world - rather than being tied to one location.
- The ratio of Members to Destinations is 1:6. One Destination for every 6 full Members.
- Approximately 85% of all the Club Destinations will be single family homes or apartments. The remaining 15% will be motor & sailing yachts. 15 % of the land based properties will be "Multi-Member" Destinations, these will have several Member groups staying in separate three - four bedroom apartments on a large estate such as a Chateaux in France or a vineyard in Napa, California etc.
- You can stay from 2 to 21 consecutive days, at any Destination, at any time of the year and can book vacations up to 3 years in advance depending on your Plan.
- Unlimited additional days can be booked for Annual Plans, over and above your Confirmed Annual Vacation Days from as little as $450 per day.
Flexible options for friends and family
- Distinctive Holiday Homes offers a number of flexible options to share your vacations with your friends and family.
- Depending on your Membership plan, you can gift up to two weeks a year to friends or family, without having to accompanying them.
- Your family and friends can also join you on vacation at any time for no additional cost, up to the stated occupancy, which depending on the Destination, ranges from 6 - 14 Guests.
- Corporate Membership allows companies to gift weeks to valued clients or reward hard working employees.
- Shared Membership allows you to share the costs of Membership with a family member or simply another friend. You can either vacation separately or together to maximize the available days.
How the cost of membership compares with other Destination Clubs
There is a significant difference between Distinctive Holiday Homes and other destination clubs - Our Membership Joining Deposits are much lower than other Clubs of the same standard.

Our debt to equity ratio is 10 times better than the Industry Standards.
Our Destinations are of an equivalent, and in most cases higher standard than most other Clubs.
The up-front cost to Join Distinctive Holiday Homes is much less and the non-refundable amount is significantly lower.

The Annual Dues cover all the operational costs of the Club, which includes many extras not offered by other Clubs such as luxury motor vehicles,pre-stocked food & beverage of your choice each week, one on one staffing for each destination, a breakfast & laundry service and much more.
Moreover, even with all the extras we offer, our Annual Dues are no higher than other Clubs of the same standard and in many cases much lower.

We also maintain a "1 in 1 out" policy, while most other Clubs operate a "3 in 1 out". Meaning three new Members must join before one can resign.
