For 10 years Nick Wood was the CEO and largest shareholder of www.ihug.co.nz (until 2003 when it was sold, it is now part of Vodafone NZ), one of the largest Internet Service Providers in Australia & New Zealand.

He then spent the following two years developing a Resort in the Fiji Islands.

The last 2 years have been spent developing Distinctive Holiday Homes. He has extensive experience in the hospitality, tourism industry and in the areas of IT technology.

Based in Sydney, Australia Niall founded Carnethy Investments in 1989 and VC & PE fund manager Kestrel Capital in 1993.

Kestrel specializes mid-sized growth companies in Australia and New Zealand that usually have a technology based competitive advantage and a global reach.

Owning investments and properties in a number of northern and southern hemisphere countries, together with a keen interest in travel and holidaying internationally, Distinctive Holiday Homes provides him the opportunity to blend investment and enjoyment.

Jeffrey is a Chartered Accountant with wide international experience in finance and management through many projects including infrastructure, property development, hospitality and the retail industry.

Sports Management was the training ground for Constantin. For many years, he was involved in International Tennis, Formula One, America's Cup and Powerboat racing.

For the past ten years, he has been in the yachting business.

Constantin is a major shareholder and the CEO of Premier Yachting Company SRL. A yacht brokerage based in Cannes, France with affiliated offices in Greece and Turkey, specializing in yacht management and sales in the large yacht market.

Constanin is fluent in no less than five languages.

David is Founder and Joint CEO of the Fermah Group of companies. The core group activity is property development and investment.

Which also includes trading entities operating multiplex movie theaters, video rental retail stores, light manufacturing and software development.

David currently owns businesses in New Zealand, China and Fiji and has formal qualifications in Direct Marketing and an M.B.A. from the University of Auckland (NZ).

David's business experience extends through wholesale, retail, logistics, marketing and franchising. David has worked in the Consumer Electronics, Import/Export and Travel/Tourism industries.

Robert has enjoyed a very successful career in the luxury real estate market in both New Zealand and the USA for more than ten years. He is a Realtor with affiliations throughout the United States, New Zealand and Canada. Robert heads up our team in the US.
