Membership Joining Deposit's are primarily used to purchase the Club's Destinations.
The Club Destination property assets back the Membership Joining Deposits.
We do not rent more than 10% of our Destinations at any one time, those we do rent are specifically to trial a new "location" and are always back with an option to purchase, the other 90% are all owned by the Club.
The Annual Dues Members pay each year cover the operational costs of the Club.
The club will always has substantially more Net Assets than Membership Deposits - our current Net "Book Value" Assets (this is purchase value vs market value) to Membership Deposits is more than 11 times, that is we have more than 11 times our Members Deposits in Net Assets. The industry standard is only "1 times", so we offer 10 times more asset cover than most other Clubs.
Twice each year the club provides an independent financial disclosure to the Members in relation to the Club's Net Assets and Membership Deposits.
We will help arrange your airport transfers, and where relevant, provide you with a luxury motor vehicle to use; you will find at least one at every home, where applicable, for no additional charge.
The homes, yachts and apartments are stocked with all the things you like to eat and drink (inclusive of alcohol) and the first $500 per week is included free as part of your Membership. You simply order these in advance using the online shopping list.
We make sure there is always a selection of great magazines, music, movies and books.
Your concierge will make sure that everything is to your needs -- including making sure your laundry is done the way you like it.
Your concierge is available to coordinate anything extra you need e.g. ski lift tickets, equipment rental, theater tickets, a private chef.
The Destinations have all the necessary additional items you would expect.
Naturally, details like organizing a baby's crib or high chair are all part of the service -- so you can travel lighter.
Our absolute focus on attention to detail means we deliver you hassle-free vacations.
We are very discerning about each of the Destinations that are acquired. Each is selected on strict criteria - its location, uniqueness, things to do, amenities and that all-important 'charm'.
You will not find Distinctive Holiday Homes developing 20 homes that all look the same that are side by side in the same resort.
Nor will we cut corners and use other Resort Concierge services to look after our Members.
We will never sacrifice quality for Membership growth.
We spend a significant amount of time thoroughly testing each Destination before it is made available to our Members, taking the time to ensure everything is running perfectly and to our strict standards.
