7 Entitlement Days and 1 AB (Advance Booking) credit every Membership Year. To join you pay a one-time, refundable US$7,499 deposit PER BLOCK, and the cost to stay is US$599 a year PER BLOCK. So 1 block = US$7,499 deposit + US$599 a year; 2 blocks = US$14,998 deposit + US$1,198 a year; 3 blocks = US$22,497 deposit + US$1,797 a year.

Per block. Each block of 7 Entitlement Days + 1 AB credit has its own one-time, refundable US$7,499 deposit and its own US$599 yearly cost to stay.

Days = ceil(weekly days × nights ÷ 7) and AB credits = ceil(days ÷ 7). A Two Bedroom Villa for 3 nights is 9 days + 2 AB; a full week is 21 days + 3 AB. A planned Three or Four Bedroom Villa is 28 days + 4 AB a week, so 3 nights is 12 days + 2 AB.

Advance stays are booked from 2 years to 90 days out and use AB credits. On Request (Space Available) stays arrive within 90 days (at least 7 days away), use no AB credits, and you can hold up to 2 active On Request stays at once (at most 1 booked 60–90 days out; the 2nd must be booked within 60 days of arrival, or both within 60 days).

Yes. Any arrival and departure day, from 2 to 14 nights.

Top up inside your account: buy an extra AB credit (US$899), add a block, buy On Request days (US$199 × the villa's day cost), or use leftover days as an On Request stay when arriving within 90 days.

Your Immediate Family (partner, children) can stay as Primary Resident. You can also allocate up to 14 Entitlement Days a year to Extended Family (parents, grandparents, adult siblings, a former spouse), who then stay without you on stays that use Entitlement Days (not On Request). Tell the Club at least 7 days before arrival.

Advance: more than 90 days out, everything is restored; 90 to 31 days, the AB credit is lost and the days become On Request days; 30 days or less, the stay is charged. On Request: 60 or more days out, your days are restored; 59 days or less, they are lost.

Not two years running for the same special holiday in the same villa; other villas and other dates are open to you.

Transfers are booked with your stay in your account (Island Hoppers helicopter, the resort boat, or the South Sea Cruises ferry; Paradise Cove is reached only by boat or helicopter), timed around your international flights. They are paid by the member.

No. Memberships are offered by invitation only, are not an investment, and are non-transferable without Club approval.

Yes: you may rescind within 7 days of signing for a 100% refund.
